This image was a result of an early morning walk when the iconic Charles Bridge in Prague was deserted apart from a roadsweeper making the cobbles immaculate before the onslaught of the tourists of the day. The city is a wonder of architecture and must be walked through to be appreciated.
About Nigel Radcliffe
I was born a Manxman - a native of the Isle of Man in the centre of the British Isles - and my heritage from there sometimes brings a Celtic element to my work. However, another side of my personality has often been expressed in my acrylic painting and photography in a more extraverted, Mediterranean way. This has no doubt been influenced by the fact that I have travelled through Europe and elsewhere in the past, but I have come to look for inspiration nearer to my home in recent years in a beautiful part of the north of England.
